At the beginning of July, the Trust launched a campaign calling for a ban on all alcohol advertising on television before the 9pm watershed and in cinemas before all films rated for under 18s.
There is currently an online petition supporting the campaign. If you sign and enter your postcode, a letter will automatically be sent to your local MP asking for their backing by signing an Early Day Motion in Parliament in support of the ban. So far 41 MPs have signed up to the EDM, which is very encouraging.
