Helpline and Forum Coordinator

Salary: £21,000

Central London

 This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the national helpline service for victims of stalking and harassment. You will promote and operate a telephone line and email service and website to provide advice and guidance to those affected by these issues, and also further develop the online forum.

A self-starter with a desire to assist in the development of this project, you will have excellent listening and communication skills and an ability to empathise without becoming emotionally involved. You will have worked with vulnerable people and will ideally have experience of delivering a helpline or information service.
