Helpline Co-ordinator

Salary c.£22,000

Central London

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in developing a national helpline service for victims of stalking and harassment. You will promote and operate a telephone line, email address, text messaging service and website to provide advice and guidance to those affected by these issues.

A self-starter with a desire to develop this project, you will have excellent listening and communication skills and an ability to empathise without becoming emotionally involved. You will have worked with vulnerable people and will ideally have experience of delivering a helpline or information service.
