Ordering our products

To order any of our personal safety products, please either:

N.B If you choose not to use our order form, please ensure that all details requested on the form are included in your correspondence when using any of the above methods.

Telephone: You can place your order over the telephone, using a credit or debit card, by calling 01736 336 977. Lines are open Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm. During the Christmas trading periods this is extended to 8am-6pm.

Please do not send multiple copies of the same order. If you would like confirmation that your order has been received, please contact us. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for errors made due to orders sent in duplicate.

Payment Methods

Invoice: We can invoice statutory organisations for orders over £300 only. To be invoiced, please supply us with a written order by fax, e-mail or post. (see ‘Ordering our products’ for details). Please note that we cannot invoice organisations based overseas, with the exclusion of the Republic of Ireland.

Cheque: Please make all cheques payable to The Suzy Lamplugh Trust and post to the address stated above, under ‘post’.

Credit/Debit Card: To place an order using a card, please call us on 01736 336 977. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Maestro but regret that we do not accept American Express.

BACS: Please mark your order form clearly if paying in advance by BACS. We also recommend that you call before sending payment to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Please post, fax or e-mail your remittence advice to the address details above. The account details are as follows:

Delivery

Delivery Time: From receipt of your order, we will endeavour to dispatch within 5 working days providing the goods are in stock. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Post and Packaging

Post and packaging is FREE for standard UK orders.
All packages are sent via Royal Mail’s 2nd class postal service.

Express Delivery: If your order is required urgently we recommend that you use our Express Delivery service. For an £6.75 we will send your order on a next working day delivery. Please mark order forms clearly if you would like this service. Please note that guarantee of ‘Next Day’ delivery is dependent on the time by which the order is received. For further information please call 01736 336 977.

Please note that if delivery was attempted but the package was not signed for or collected, the purchaser may be liable for re-delivery costs.

International Orders

Please note that additional costs will be added if you wish your order to be delivered outside the UK. For further information please call 01736 336 977.

Returns

If you believe that a product you have bought is faulty, please contact us within 14 working days. Returns will not be accepted after this time.

Privacy

In accordance with the UK Data Protection law, Suzy Lamplugh Trust will never disclose your information to any third parties without your permission. Unless agreed, your information will only be used to dispatch your order, and to contact you in the future with information that may be relevant to you. You have the right to request:

  • Your information to be amended
  • Not to be contacted
  • Your information to be deleted altogether

Terms and Conditions

Prices are valid from 1st December 2008 and are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
  • All deliveries to UK addresses are made via the Royal Mail’s 2nd class postal system.
  • Payment terms are strictly 14 days net from the date of the invoice.
  • Suzy Lamplugh Trust must be notified of any missing order or faulty/damaged goods within 14 days or liability may not be accepted.
  • Ownership of goods remains with Suzy Lamplugh Trust until payment is made in full.
  • All p&p prices quoted refer to UK addresses only. For ROI and other overseas destinations, please contact us for a quote.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect supplied address, the purchaser is liable for re-delivery costs.
