I haven’t received all my items, what do I do?

Please call our distribution centre on 01736 336 977 and they will track your order.

I can’t get my alarm to work, what do I do?

Please call our distribution centre on 01736 336 977. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone we will ask you to send the alarm back to us and on receipt we will send you a brand new alarm.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

If you feel that the resources you have purchased are unsuitable for your needs please call our distribution centre on 01736 336 977. In most circumstances we will refund the items, as long as they are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.

Can I be invoiced for my order?

We can invoice organisations when the order is worth more than £300. Alternatively, we can provide you with a proforma invoice for less than this amount which will need to be paid before your order is dispatched. To request an invoice, download our order form here.
