Train the Manager Course
A 2 day course for employers, managers or health and safety professionals – anyone with responsibility for safety of staff!
Every organisation needs a Workplace Personal Safety Champion. Someone who is equipped with the necessary knowledge and is a driving force for ensuring that violence and aggression is taken seriously and managed in a way that protects both the staff and the organisation.
Suzy Lamplugh Trust recognises that with changes in legislation and both high and low tech solutions being available, it can be hard for organisations to know what is best practice and whether what they are doing is ‘good enough’.
