Every young person has the right to be safe and feel safe.

Young people face an increasingly diverse set of risks to their safety – at school or college, in the street and online.

Young men in particular are more likely to experience violence from a stranger than any other group in society. But – they often don’t have the information they need to reduce this risk.

Young people should feel confident to manage these risks.

By supporting this appeal you can help to:

  • support young people to talk freely about their personal safety worries;
  • help young people develop their own skills to recognise and manage the risks they face;
  • train young people to teach their peers about personal safety in ways that feel relevant;
  • develop resources and activities to take this learning into schools and youth groups.

YOU CAN HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEAD SAFER LIVES – NOW.
