Suzy Lamplugh Trust is proud to announce that our Lone Working and Personal Safety courses are now accredited by the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM). 

Following a review process, we have been awarded the Level 2 qualification, which signifies that we are compliant with ICM quality assurance procedures for delivering training in prevention and management of challenging behaviours. The accreditation includes evidence of compliance with the Department of Health Guidance. 

Moreover, the content of our Train-the-Trainer course reflects the knowledge and skills units within the “Managing Workplace Violence National Occupational Standards (NOS)”. It is delivered by top conflict management specialists and teacher training experts. 

For both Train-the-Trainer courses and full day courses, each delegate will receive a personal safety workbook containing course models and guidance, and an e-certificate.
