Our personal safety train the trainer course is a cost-effective alternative to in house training for organisations with large number of staff who require personal safety training.

This course is an effective way of ensuring staff in larger organisations are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge through leveraging your already established in-house training delivery methods. We run a two day course that provides delegates with the knowledge, skill and confidence to deliver personal safety training to other members of their organisation.

This is a proven way of maximising the reach of our content, and empowering your organisation, in a cost and time effective way.

-

By the end of the 2 days, delegates will:

- Be able to help staff to understand and recognise triggers of aggressive behaviour
- Understand stages of conflict and how to help others to avoid, reduce and manage their own safety
- Encourage staff to confidently use dynamic risk assessment models to stay safe in many different situations
- Have had the chance to receive feedback from a teacher training expert on your training delivery.
