Victoria joined the Suzy Lamplugh Trust as Director of Finance, HR and Governance in September 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in charity governance, finance and HR. She has a rich background working across a diverse range of values-driven causes, with a strong focus on social justice initiatives. Victoria brings both lived and learned experience to the work of the Trust, which deepens her commitment to strengthening the Trust's operational foundations and advancing its mission of promoting personal safety. Victoria is also progressing towards her Chartered Governance qualification supporting effective and ethical governance in the charity sector.
