Ways to contact us

The Helpline is open 09:30 - 16:00 every weekday apart from Wednesdays.

On Wednesday's the Helpline is open from 09:30 - 20:00

The Helpline is not open on weekends or bank holidays. Any change to the opening times or important information will be updated on the website homepage.

Please note the Helpline is a busy service and you may not be able to get through straight away. If you are unable to get through, we ask that you complete the online form and contact us by email, so our advisors can review your query and get back to you.

You can call us during opening hours on 0808 802 0300

Calls are free of charge from all landline telephones and also from mobiles on all major networks. Calls will not be shown on BT landline bills. If you are using another telephone provider please enquire with them whether 080880 numbers will appear on your phone bill.

The National Stalking Helpline is a service set up to provide advice and advocacy to residents from across the United Kingdom. We regret that we are unable to provide support to callers from outside of the UK, but if your call is regarding collaborative partnerships or stalking training courses, you can contact us via t[email protected]
