The Suzy Lamplugh Trust has been the UK's founding personal safety charity since its inception in 1986 following the disappearance of Suzy Lamplugh. We are widely regarded as field experts in lone-working and personal safety training. Alongside this, we run the National Stalking Helpline and London Stalking Support Service, and we are established as a global centre of excellence in public safety policy, campaigning, and service provision.

The SME News' Awards are judged by an independent panel, and awardees must be able to demonstrate expertise within their given field, dedication to client service and satisfaction, and commitment to excellence and quality.

We will continue to work tirelessly to reduce the risk of harassment, aggression, violence, and stalking faced by individuals and organisations, ensuring people are safer, and feel safer, across our society.
