Our Personal Safety Train-the-Trainer course is a cost-effective alternative to in house training for organisations with large number of staff who require personal safety training.

This course is an effective way of ensuring staff in larger organisations are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge through leveraging your already established in-house training delivery methods. We run a two day course that provides delegates with the knowledge, skill and confidence to deliver personal safety training to other colleagues within their own organisation.

This is a proven way of maximising the reach of our content, and empowering your organisation, in a cost and time effective way.

 

Learning Outcomes:

• Be able to help staff to understand and recognise triggers of aggressive behaviour
• Understand stages of conflict and how to help others to avoid, reduce and manage risks to their own safety
• Encourage staff to confidently use dynamic risk assessment models to stay safe in many different situations
• Have had the chance to receive feedback from a teacher training expert on your training delivery

Train-the-Trainer Refresher course

The Train-the-Trainer course certifies you to deliver the content of the course for 3 years. After this time, you would need to undertake our one-day refresher course to ensure you are up to date in terms of course content, as well as delivery skills. 

This one-day course is designed to update the knowledge and trainer skills, as well as re-certify you to continue delivery. You will have the opportunity to refresh and build upon your theoretical knowledge and practical experiences via discussions, peer learning, scenarios and case studies.
