Organisations with more than 6 members of staff who want to be personal safety trainers often find a bespoke Train-the-Trainer is a more efficient and cost effective way of achieving this.

We will deliver this in house for 6 - 12 delegates over 2 days.

 

Learning Outcomes:

• Be able to help staff to understand and recognise triggers of aggressive behaviour
• Understand stages of conflict and how to help others to avoid, reduce and manage their own safety in the course of their work
• Encourage staff to confidently use dynamic risk assessment models to stay safe in many different situations 
• Have had the chance to receive feedback from a teacher training expert on your training delivery.

 
We will tailor this course to you delivering a series of bespoke modules based on the job roles and risks face by delegates as well as your policies and procedures. All delegates will receive a trainer resource pack including sample lesson plans, pre-made slides bespoke to your organisation and a trainers manual with all the information delegates will need to start delivering training immediately.
