This training is designed to be one of the reasonable steps an employer can take to prevent sexual harassment. The easily available, on demand e-learning sessions are designed for employers of all sizes. The sessions: Explain what sexual harassment is. Break down the preventative duty and what taking “reasonable steps” may look like in practice. Help organisations identify potential risk factors. Train managers, employees, and bystanders to recognise, respond to, and seek to prevent sexual harassment. The online, on demand service can be hosted on the Suzy Lamplugh Trust’s LMS.
